Rude and useless staffer sold me the wrong product after I specifically asked for it and refused to exchange or refund it before I even walked out the door. Idk about you but I avoid places that scam their customers. Chargeback all day. Edit: I wrote this before even seeing all the other reviews of people being scammed by these shameless people. Avoid this place like the plague.

Why won't they answer da phone, called like 4 times no one got time for me? I went to Elevated Smoke on 8th and they have the live rosin pens, the good ones not the cheap resin. this place has to be closed, they are closer to work and a friend said they are ok so was giving you all first chance, but the girl at the Elevated already knew this place has issues.

Fraud. Deceived. Like other similar reviews on here, the cashier deceived me by ringing me up and charging me for product I didn’t want or ask for and then not allowing me to return or exchange the product. I asked for Marlboro Gold Shorts. He took a different pack out that wasn’t what I asked for and rang me up for it and charged me without me seeing them in his hand. I said these r the wrong ones after I purchased and asked for the right ones, he said they didn’t have them. Then I asked for a refund he said no refunds. Then I asked if I could exchange for a different pack of cigarettes that were the same price , he said no exchanges. Then I asked him if he scammed me on purpose, he had no response after I walked out having spent 14$ on a product I didn’t ask for, want, or knowingly purchase. I was literally just trying to buy a pack of the cigarettes I regularly smoke. Don’t go to this place they are liars and Frauds.
