I got a vape from this store, an Escobar H20. I hit it in the store and it had vapor, so I thought it was okay. Later I hit it some more and realized that, while it had vapor, it had NO flavor. I let my coworker hit it as well to see if it was just me, and he told me I should return it. I went back to tell them that it had no flavor and was no good, and they said no refund and no discount on a replacement, either. I said that that was okay, but that they would lose a customer. The quality of this store’s product is not consistent and they do not work with their customers to make it right.
