Such a Wonderful experience! The sales representative was very friendly and professional. They did a fantastic job they where oh so very patient with me while i made my selection they pointed me to the begginer vaps since i lacked experience. Also took the time to explain how they worked. Then we went over to the flavor areas to help me pick out what flavor was right for me. Explaining the strength of each flavor.i can not begin to explain how professional nashville vap was and also very hospitable. If you are a new to vaping or a veteran this is the store for you! I highly reccomend this to anyone beginner or veteran and for now on this is the place to go for any of my vaping needs. Thanks again for all your help nashville vap made me feel so very welcomed. After being carjacked and being left on foot and without Vape me and my two dogs walk to this vape shop where we were greeted with the rudest owner stating that we're not allowed to shop there because dogs aren't allowed even though they are outside the store

Posted hours are wrong; I drove across town and got there at 10:30 to find the store empty. The hours posted on their door also said open at 10:00. If they can't be bothered to stick to their hours, I won't be returning. UPDATE: The owner was very responsive, and I will be giving them another shot. My experience here has historically been very good, and they have a great product. Maybe call to check they're open before you drive out here!

I went in to get a new pod mod. The girl helping me was very patient and helped me decide on a mod, and also gave me a demonstration after i bought it. The customer service was A+ in my opinion, and the prices were pretty competitive. I'll definitely be coming back to the Charlotte Pk shop.

Friendly young lady patiently explained the differences in price, technology and function of various mods, tanks and all in ones you help make a decision best suited to my equipment and budget. Almost want to leave off a star for the lack of strawberry banana mixture of vape juice, but since the prices were good and the loyalty program gives a decent discount it gets 5 🌟. Will definitely return.
