Not my normal shop, stopped in after grocery shopping to pick up a disposable. The shop is nice and the woman who helped me was great, but the price was way too high for what I received. I paid $30 for a vape that ran out of juice in 5 days when they typically last me at least two weeks.

I love this place! The lady, vibe, and products are awesome! I highly recommend!

Bad customer service. The lady was nice until I told her I just wanted coils and no juice. She started giving me a hard time and even asked to see my id to use my credit card despite my picture on the card .When I tried to show it to her she said with an attitude I got it. This might not sound as bad as it truly was. She just had such an attitude and face expressions .

The pricing at Saffire Vapor is more than reasonable for the quality of products they offer. I’ve found their e-liquids and other products to be a great value.

The door was locked before closing. Called the store and the guy just sat there ignored it and vaped waiting on the time to pass furious because he could’ve helped so many customers in that time. Costing the company so much money little by little with unprofessional moves like that. Just a heads up If you’re gonna close earlier then what is advertised on your door you could at least put a sign on the door stating closing early. Definitely just lost a long term customer.
