Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful! Hamza was an excellent employee that was very personable and friendly and you can tell he knows his stuff! He was asked several questions from my friend about many different products and he knew anything and everything about each one right off of the top of his head. He also shared some of his personal preferences and recommended something that my friend was very pleased with purchasing. She also had questions about why her vapes at home were having certain problems and he was excellent at troubleshooting issues! Hamza is definitely an asset to this business! I recommend that he gets acknowledged for such great customer care and that he gets a raise or promotion to let him know he is valued!
