Tony was an outstanding employee he helped guide me through what I really needed and explained everything in detail I will be back for sure !!

Came to get wraps and the worker was asleep with the door locked. Was finally able to wake him up but he just stared at me and didn’t let me in. Thought this place was 24hrs

Come here whenever I'm in town for work ( few times a year) staff is super super nice. Wife selection and reasonably priced - often have sales and promotions as well as loyalty rewards. And again the staff is AMAZING !

Vape Zone & Smoke was truly a breath of fresh air — and yes, I absolutely meant the pun! I stopped in twice during my trip, and both visits were equally impressive. From the moment you walk through the door, you can tell the place is well-run. The store is clean, organized, and easy to navigate, which already sets it apart from a lot of shops in this category. What really stood out to me, though, was the staff. Both times I visited, I received clear, helpful information without any pressure to rush or buy something I didn’t need. They actually listened, asked the right questions, and pointed me toward options that made sense for what I was looking for. That kind of customer service is rare, and it instantly makes you trust the people behind the counter. The selection is excellent — a wide range of vapes, juices, accessories, and everything in between. Whether you’re a regular user or someone just exploring your options, there’s something for everyone. I appreciated that the staff knew the products well enough to explain differences and help me make an informed choice. Overall, Vape Zone & Smoke is the kind of place you want to return to. Friendly service, a clean environment, and a great selection make it an easy five-star stop. Highly recommend!

Vape Zone is hands down one of the best vape shops I’ve ever been to. From the moment you walk in, you can tell this place is about quality, variety, and great customer service. The store is always clean, organized, and stocked with everything you could possibly need and more. Whether you’re new to vaping or have been doing it for years, Vape Zone makes sure you’re taken care of. Their selection is amazing — a huge variety of vapes, disposables, mods, coils, pods, e-liquids, and accessories, plus flavors for every taste. No matter what brand or style you’re looking for, they either have it in stock or can point you to the perfect alternative. The vapor quality is always top-tier, smooth, and consistent, which really sets them apart from other shops. What really makes Vape Zone stand out is the staff. Everyone is knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. They take the time to explain products, recommend flavors, and help you find exactly what works best for you instead of just rushing you out the door. You can tell they actually care about their customers and want you to leave happy. Prices are very reasonable for the quality you’re getting, and they always have great options no matter your budget. I never feel overcharged, and I always leave feeling confident in what I purchased. Every visit has been a great experience, and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. If you’re looking for a vape shop with nice vapor, endless options, great prices, and excellent customer service, Vape Zone is the place to go. Highly recommended — I’ll definitely continue coming back and sending everyone I know here! 💨🔥
