Store was clean. Employees just pointed me to the case of the flavored cigars that I wanted. Was checked out and I paid. When I got home I realized that the torch lighter that I was charged for and paid for was not in my bag but instead there was the cheap Thank You match book. 😡 I live 9 hours away so no way I’m getting my torch.

Prices were a little high, but it's an attraction and I was on vacation. Staff was not too eager to help, but I knew what I wanted and didn't need assistance. He did punch a hole in the cigars for me though, so I appreciate that. Got a great lighter too!

If I could give less than one star, I would. The employee never even acknowledged that we walked in. Kept his face buried in his phone the entire time we were in the store. Not one word was spoken to us or the people that walked in after us. We were actually interested in purchasing but the cigar cases were locked and since he didn't seem very interested in making a sale, we took out business elsewhere. VERY disappointed!!!!

Well organized and clean and the employees very helpful in finding the right Puur CBC cream for our pain , great stuff.

Most of the cigar selection is $2-4 over what you can find online or at a 1/2 decent lounge (kind of to be expected). Staff was friendly and did have a good range of prices and qualities.
