Was going there several times a week for months so I guess I have my 2 cents about it. These are some of the most unfriendly staff I have ever encountered, save for a couple (who kept me coming back.) Whenever I have asked for a price on something unmarked it's eye rolls, clucks, and hem hawing about it to match the whole vibe like I interrupted their night and not 1 person but me in the shop. I have then been charged double of the things I normally get that I am very familiar with the price of and they look me dead in the eye and say another price. I have just paid it, I mean I have already sank hundreds into the shop how much more, Universe? So sure, I ask for the price if it's not marked. I gave the place a break for awhile and tried again. Nope, another trip and same thing. Another customer will be ahead of me and it sounds very friendly and I have heard them get thanks for suggestions and prices, etc. Cool! They are in a good mood. I come up and ask what is good on the shelf there, with no eye contact even, "I don't know, everything, I guess..." Wow... I'll just keep going to the new place I go where they smile and tell me what's up with which product and won't let you leave without a smile and just stay in the sunshine, far from the gloom of this shop.

Great experience every time I come in. Reasonable prices and friendly staff. Some of the friendliest I’ve met. Only place I go to get my smoking needs

The sweetest people! Always super knowledgeable when I have questions and I've never been disappointed! Everything is a wonderful price and their selection of smoke/beer is more than anywhere close by!!! Im a regular and will stay one!!
