Have always had a good experience here until today. I bought 2 foger refill pods. When opened one was missing quite a bit of liquid, and the other was completely full like all of the others I’ve purchased have been. I took the one that wasn’t full back in and showed it to the guy at the counter. He looked as confused as I was. The girl stocking jumped in and said they all come like that. I replied with, no they have always came completely full. Then she said well it’s only some of them, stated she checked all of them and finally changed it to only being that specific flavor. Once I left I looked it up on Google and that flavor shows to also come filled to the top with juice. If you’re going to sell partially full vapes they should be at a discounted rate and not full price.

There's so many negative reviews on here about this place and I just wanted to say that I always have an enjoyable experience when I come here. Not everyone nor every place is perfect ALL the time. Aside from that, the people and products have been top notch from here. I'm glad I have a store like this to come to. The conversations are always pleasant and fun. I get the help I need and questions answered about my vaping needs. Chasity is knowledgeable and super helpful. Come check them out. Don't let all these negative Nancy's and miserable Marvin's on these reviews paint a bad picture.

As a business owner it makes me question how any business can operate when they don't open their stores when they have store hours posted online and on their door front. You roll up to buy their product and nope, stores locked down tighter than fort knox. Store hours show 10:00am-8:00pm, arrived at 10:50am and it was still closed.

The costumer service has been very helpful and friendly. Wide selection of products at a reasonable price. Only shop at this location for my needs.
