So I go into the store just to buy a coil for my vape! The worker there break's ...yes breaks the glass on the vape! He said he didn't have an extra one to replace it! So he tries to SALE me a whole new top for $30 instead of the regular price of $37! I said NO ..he tried again I told him no! So now I have a broken vape with 2 free coils that Don't fit!!!!!!! Bottom line... I'm no longer a customer! I still ain't found a glass for it!!!

Sold me candy as a kratom.. I want a refund!!!! I'm a loyal customer to their personal company always been respectful and nice. That was $20 almost I wasted for two little pieces of candy no happy really thinking about taking my business somewhere else if it doesn't get fixed

Bought a vape 4 days ago and it stopped working. Went back to let them know and they refused a refund or exchange of product because they don’t do refunds after 2 days. Ridiculous. Let people know of your policies before they purchase a product so they don’t waste their money on this shit show.

The man at the counter made sure I left satisfied. At first I was weary on purchasing a vape because I have never been to this store but he enlightened me by saying if you want too just look around and come back we will be happy to have you. Still the best vape store in Seymour! They are always my go-to and the customer service is always great, even if there is something wrong (which has only happened once of me shopping there in 2 years) some of the vapes you have to charge after a couple hits but other than that I've always had great product!
