I have been a loyal customer since they opened.. Went in there today and bought a new puff bar and he asked if I had the battery and I assumed it was the same battery as the old ones. So I left and had to come back. Well they didn't have just the battery to sell me or the kit in the flavor that I had originally bought that I wanted. So I wound up having to take the battery out of a different kit and now instead of me owing just the extra five for the kit, he's saying I owe $20 for the battery as well. I will never do business there again. I honestly don't know why he would try to charge me an additional $20 instead of just the five extra for the kit itself. Really disappointed! 😤
