My experience at Kountry Kloudz Smoke Shop was quite positive overall. The first thing that caught my attention was the very clean parking lot with plenty of parking spaces available near the shop, making it easy to find a spot close to the entrance. My first impression of the shop itself was very favorable—it’s a large and clean space, offering a vast array of products. There’s practically everything you could want in a smoke shop due to the size and variety. I visited specifically to check out their THC-A flower and vapes. I was hoping to find some of my favorite vape brands, like Delta Extrax and Exodus. Although they didn’t carry those, they did have one brand I wanted: Half-Baked. However, I found their pricing a bit steep, with two to three gram vapes costing $40 to $50. I've previously purchased a 4-gram vape from the same brand for $30 after tax. On the positive side, their pre-rolls of THC-A joints hit well and were reasonably priced. The customer service was also commendable, with the staff being quite helpful in trying to find what I wanted. Overall, I would definitely recommend Kountry Kloudz as a one-stop smoke shop due to its size and the wonderful variety of products available. Just be sure to do some research on pricing to ensure you’re getting the best deal.

normally it’s very chill the owners great but recently they hired a younger skinny guy who makes the vibe weird always asking weird stuff or for ID even though he’s seen it and i have a rewards number with them might stop coming

Some weird skinny guy and a bald man asked for my ID, but it’s cool. Cause I understand that’s their job. Also immaculate vibes

Very good communication and sell rep and I’m very happy with my choice!!

Great vibe 10/10 customer service , they are always willing to help you find the best product for you
