Always had great service and they knew my face and preference in tobacco every time. The new young guy at the window has been a welcome face to the business and extremely friendly. Prices have always been competitive with other tobacco shops also.

Bought a vape at this location last night. The vape was defective and would not work. They had already closed so we took the vape back today and the lady was very hateful She would not give us a refund or an exchange. I definitely will make the BBB aware of this. .

Ms. Dee is amazing. She takes great care of her customers. She knows what you want every time..just walk in..she's got you!

I’ll never step in this store again. My Father passed away and we took the extra tobacco that he used here for a refund because that’s where we bought it. The “lady” behind the counter gave us a very hard time and insulted us. She even said “it’s not my fault that he passed away”. She made a simple return emotional and that’s unacceptable! I’ll be telling everyone that I know about this petty excuse for a business and reporting it to the BBB.

The kinda heavy set woman that runs the drive thru all the time is EXTREMELY RUDE AND HATEFUL!! THEIR PRICES JUST KEEP GOING UP AND NOT CONSISTENT. I GO TO BELLS!!
