Big yikes! Maybe the owner of this business can hop on here and explain this to me! Hi. I've been hitting up all 4 of your stores regularly for as long as ive lived in Spring Hill, which has been over 3 years. I spend literally HUNDREDS of dollars a month in your stores. I shudder to think the total that I've spent truly enjoying your business. So why is it that upon my purchase tonight, I was told that unless I bring cash (which i never carry/use) I'll be charged around 10% of my transaction total as a "fee" for using a card? This presumably in addition to sales tax, and when buying hemp, the appx 14% tax for that. But when I asked for a receipt that would break down what I just spent and why, the only offering for a receipt showing NO details of the purchase. ? So I can't even see what the fee I just paid was. No receipt. No explanation why. Well this doesn't occur at any other businesses at which i spend my money so I'm not comfortable with it. I really hate to say that I'm not comfortable with how this went enough to find another retailer for my products. This sucks. I've never even heard of it and everything about how that transaction went outside of the friendly employee carrying it out made me not want to participate. Maybe you can explain why this is mysterious as well as necessary. I'm not going to just give a business another 10% of my money like this. No reason no explanation no receipt to view. This sucks.

Love this place. Staff always greets you upon entering and asks if you need help. First time I went in I had questions about the Delta 8 products and they were extremely helpful. Now that I'm a regular they still greet me every time. Store is very clean and organized, friendly and helpful staff. Definitely check it out if your new to the area.

I went in earlier today in search of a thinner juice to hopefully solve a problem I was having with my device burning out within a day or two. I explained the issue I was having, and he knew immediately that I had bought the device here, but also asked if I had bought the pods there as well. I had. He immediately offered to give me a different and completely new device for free because he wanted to make sure I was happy with the product. Honestly, having shopped at so many different vape stores before, this is my favorite for this interaction alone. We already shopped here regularly because they have the best selection on a variety of products, but this interaction has sealed it as the only local shop for me. Thank you very much for such kind and considerate service and care.

These guys are great! I have been shopping with them almost since they opened years ago. They are helpful and really know their products. I recommend them to everyone who is looking for a great store.
