Lady behind the counter was rather rude. I walked to the back of the store to look at pipe tobacco. It’s not my fault she forgot to put the chain up separating the employee area from the rest of the store. The pipe tobacco I bought was old and stale & there wasn’t much of a selection.

They always have my brand in stock. I've never left empty-handed. Can't say that anywhere else. Plus, they're cheaper than most places. Soon as I walk in, one of the 2 wonderful cheerful ladies are there greeting me. We always have a wonderful banter too. Keep up the great work ladies! And good job Discount Tobacco for hiring & keeping this wonder staff of many years!!

Bought a cigar from them today because I wasn’t near any lounge. Should have known up front, but ignored the signs. Humidor was way too humid, when I got home and lit the cigar, it was burning poorly, tasted moldy, and then I noticed how mushy it was. Not sure about their other products, but I couldn’t even finish the cigar.

Don't go on Thursday and Friday to replay lottery tickets because the new lady doesn't know how to replay this tickets. She still says she's new but she's been there for 3 months
