Went in Saturday May 2, 2026. The guy that helped me had blonde dreads. Was very nice, helpful, knowledgeable and got me everything I needed which was several things. Great experience! They had coils for a Falcon 1 tank which are very hard to find and they had the other 3 things I wanted as well. Big store with a ton of options. Will definitely be back 👍🏼

This shop is outstanding. Huge selection and great deals and the customer service is hands down the best. Had a few instances where I got a defective vape and they replaced it no questions asked and made sure the replacement worked before leaving. The staff is very knowledgeable and can give you recommendations quickly. Ease of parking and getting in and out is also great. Keep it up!

Sorry "other vape shop," the selection here is just too great! I walked in and got 4 bottles of something the other store is always out of. I cannot comment on price or service. I knew what I wanted, didn't care what it cost, and didn't ask for any help. This 5 star review is based on aesthetics and product volume only. I was like a kid in a candy store! lol!

Who ever is working there tonight needs to learn customer service. I walked in a the guy was on the phone. I stood there for a couple mins and he told me their systems are down. I asked was he taking cash and he respond with “what do you want” I told him what I wanted and walked up to the cash register. There was something that popped up on the screen that asked if they wanted to allow remote access and I told the guy what it said. He then processed to get loud with me and tell me not to touch anything which I didn’t and wouldn’t have I’m not a child. I then told him I would go somewhere else and that he didn’t have to be rude. He wanted to mouth off so I did too and then told me I wasn’t welcome back to that store in which I said I would be back.

Very friendly and well informative about everything in the store! They got my business!! 👍
