Alright so I go in for the first time, after hearing wonderful things about the place. First thought? This place is so cute! The entry way is a nice set up with some comfy chairs, and in the back where the stuff is, they have all kinds of options!! Of everything! The girl, Kelsey(Kelsi?), is ON POINT! this job was made for her. I will absolutely be returning and telling my friends to go see her! Her personality is great, she's very informative, friendly, and all around great! So glad they opened and really hope they stay!! 5 out of 5 stars all the way! If I could rate JUST HER, I would!!!

Kelsi is super personable and extremely nice. Knows her stuff and considering we were bombarding her with questions rapidly and her answering each one right back at us is always a super plus for me considering how generally speaking customer service has taken a turn for the worse these past few years. S&W Vape obliterates that myth in one fail swoop hands down. Low key and relaxing 💕

I love the shop but what I love most about coming here is being greeted by Kelsi. She is so knowledgeable about everything and has the best customer service. If she ever left I don't think I would go there anymore, she is the main reason I shop there!

Owner is very friendly. Has great products and prices. He let me try dab in electronic device that was not harsh and really hit the spot! Was riding with friend and NOT driving! Good thing, was out there like a kite! Very informative workers there who are friendly and informative. I recommend

The lady that is normally there always has an upbeat and positive attitude. If there is something that she does not know about a product, she will be the first one to say it, and she will call her boss as soon as she can to figure out the answer, or get done whatever needs to be done to resolve any problem I've seen she's had. As far as I have seen she is very well-versed and knowledgeable in the products that she sells.
