Smokers zone is the best place in down hands down in customer service. Any time we have had an issue or troubles with a product ,the staff are extremely helpful with making it right with us. Been coming here for 3 years and it's always been excellent 👌

This is the BEST smoke and vape shop in town. They always have the flavors I’m looking for, they have the cheapest prices, and they’re always willing help you out. Even if it means sending you to another store. They’re more concerned with their customers wants/needs than they are turning a profit. Mayer, the younger guy running the register is hands down, the best. That guy will bend over backwards to help you out. He’s gone out of his way to find me what I was looking for, at a cheaper price than the other stores. He’s a hard worker, very knowledgeable, and extremely friendly. This is the kind of store where they remember your name and your order. The best part, they don’t sit there and try to talk about politics and their views. They’re not pushing things on you just to make money. They don’t care what your views or beliefs are. They genuinely care about you as a person and will help you with whatever you need. I’ve never had a bad experience in that store. Especially when Mayer is working.

Absolutely loved my experience I just now had!! Me nd my husband came in for the first time tonight and the gentleman behind the counter helped me get exactly what I was looking for. The price was amazing!! I will drive the distance to come here!!

I have had the best experience everytime I have came here. Amazing store, nice people!!!

Best vape flavors and choices in town. It's worth my 35-minute commute. Their slurpees are amazing!! It gets you giggling before you're out of the parking lot!!
