I had great experience at the store and especially want to recognize Susan for her excellent customer service. She was very friendly and knowledgeable and she made sure I got exactly what I needed. Thank you so much for this experience. And the price was fair enough compared to other stores around.

My recent visit left me uneasy and was enough to stop me from returning. The knowledgeable manager I trusted was suddenly no longer there, and the explanation I was given felt unclear and concerning. The replacement staff lacked experience, couldn’t answer simple questions, and the store felt poorly managed. Because of the decline in service and professionalism, I no longer feel comfortable shopping here and will be going elsewhere

I have been a long term customer and loved seeing Tori’s face. She has always made me feel comfortable. It’s just a shame to not see her anymore. The person at the counter today had no idea what they were even doing. Won’t be returning until competent people are back.

Staff was very nice and chill, i’ll walk in an immediately get help. a very wide and vast variety of products at reasonable prices. i go there now to get what i need. it’s never been too busy so im in there for maybe 10 minutes. i would highly recommend going here for your future needs!
