Large variety in all products, like vapes, THC, kratom, tobacco, and glass pieces. Very knowledgeable staff, they take time to answer questions or help finding the right product. Snarky German on the weekend.

1st time visiting this vape job, have tried every other one in Winchester except this one. They didn’t have the mod I wanted but they did have my juice that is my ONLY kind I will get as many other make me sick and I haven’t been able to find it in Winchester at any other vape shop, and believe me I’ve tried every one! So I would say overall, it’s a great place and the staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help you with any questions or assistance you may need. Will definitely be back! Absolutely no reason for anything other than 5 🌟🩷, my visit was nothing short of very welcoming. ✅

1st time there and was impressed by attendant. He was knowledgeable and took the time to explain the difference in vapes and to make sure I got what I was looking for. Will definitely be going back. I wish all stores employees put forth that same energy.

First time customer and immediately that will be the last time i would step foot in this store. Would not recommend buying from this shop. They sold me bad flower that was yellow and black. Then claimed that it was just what it looks like because its sprayed. No, it was bad flower. It didn't look or smell right. Would not even attempt to make it right. I tried to express my concern and they just immediately pointed at their sign "no returns, no exchanges." I left the two jars of flower on the counter and left with no refund or exchange even attempted to be offered. No product knowledge either. Couldn't even tell me what product they were selling me.

Talk about terrible service! If ure looking for a good smoke shop,,, this is NOT the one! When they do finally answer the drive thru service they have there, then there extra rude and have no knowledge of anything in the store. I'd advise against this smoke shop if u want any piece of mind go some where else!!! Uve been warned.
