Good customer service Joey helped me with everything I needed

Tried calling ahead to ask about a product if it's in stock ,and no answer sadly poor customer service right there, I can understand being busy but after the 3rd call answering should be a priority, first call was also hung up on.

Bought flower, got home, nothing in the container. Try to get a replacement and they rip me off. I need to speak with someone to make things right. Been a faithful customer here for a while and there was no consideration given at all.

What happen to Joey, he was soo helpful and knew everything, now new staff is clueless

Be careful with this place. They try to rip people off. It's already been two times. First time they tacked on an extra $2 from what the price is. Plus tax second time they just try to give you back the whole dollar and not whatever changes left. I know it's significant but it's worse on the type of business that they're practicing. Make sure you count your money
