Not a good experience…but most reviews are positive. So I guess take my experience for what it’s worth. We walked in with a Monster and dude chased us in to the humidor. I guess people in their shop spontaneously dump cans of liquid when in the vicinity of cigars. I’m used to places where I can walk in with a pour while I shop, but ok, I guess. Dude then hovers over us as we are looking at the sticks. Not in a “I’m here to help way, either.” I looked at the poor selection. I asked whether they had a brand annd hover-guy just said “No.” No how about this or something. (I asked anbout Foundation…he easily could have suggested DTT or something AJ or MF or Padron if he was there to help). Anyway, at this point I wasn’t interested in buying a bunch of sticks from them(we weren’t there to smoke, just to refill my humidor), so we left. This might be a great place if you’re a regular or if this one dude isn’t there looking to flex his whatever. But to say it was unwelcoming and off putting is an understatement.

Great selection and the friendly, helpful knowledgeable staff made my visits great experiences. They provide discounts to military, veterans and first responders and they are very welcoming to our community. I highly recommend this cigar lounge. 👍

Place is just great. Good people, great cigars and even better company. Everyone is friendly here.

Allen Cigar Lounge is absolutely amazing! They have an incredible selection of cigars — something for every taste and occasion. Emii was so sweet and helpful, taking the time to guide me, my best friend, and our husbands through the options and helping us pick out the perfect cigars. Her knowledge and friendly personality made the whole experience even better. We’ll definitely be coming back!

While in the Dallas area I visited for a cigar. The prices were very reasonable compared to Atlanta prices.
