I've been going to Isky Vapor Shop in Allen for a while now and I honestly can't recommend them enough. They always have what I need, and if they don't, Mo (the owner) goes out of his way to order it and even sets it aside for me when it comes in. That kind of customer service is rare these days. Mo is hands-down one of the most customer-oriented business owners I've met. He genuinely cares about his customers and makes sure you're taken care of. He's gone out of his way for me multiple times and it never feels like just a transaction, he treats you like a regular from day one. If something isn't in stock at the Allen location, he also owns a shop in Plano and can usually get it from there quickly, which makes things really convenient. If you want a vape shop that actually takes care of its customers, this is the place to go. Highly recommend.

This is a very chill place! Love the vape selection, looking forward to the new products that I was told would be coming and the vibe was very chill! Lots of different products and lots of room! A absolute 20/10. I also want to address the review from Loay, (a couple reviews down) the person upset about how fast their vape went out. Vape shops have no way of knowing if you're being truthful or if someone else was hitting that vape, and if you come back after 2 days and say "oh it's not working or going down faster than expected" that's on you! They make sure to ask if they can open the vapes for you and if it's a good vape at the beginning, but you come back 2 days later? I can understand a little better if it just quit working, but they don't know what you've done with it. Come on! I'm surprised you got a discount at all. I also know the guy he's talking about. He's only following his store policy. He doesn't own it, so of course there's only so much he can do. Halex is a plethora of information and he does as much as he can. Don't bash the employee because you came back after TWO DAYS. Once you leave the store, they don't know what you did to it. That is the same at ALL vape stores.
