Terrible service, purchased some atomizers and tanks that were supposed to go with it but the atomizers did not fit and there was no knowledge of no refunds on the receipt or verbalized when purchased. Tried to return JUST the atomizers that I did not open cause I have to open at least one to see if it fits and use it. They denied. Unfortunately the young girl behind the counter is selling products and she doesn’t even know what they are or how they function. Which is a poor reflection on management if there is any. Not to mention she doesn’t speak very good English which is shocking for a retail store. You need to be able to communicate with people. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME, go somewhere else where they actually have knowledge of what they are selling or you’ll just waste your money here! Edit to your response: I asked 4 TIMES for a refund and I was in there for at least 5-10 minutes while talking with her trying to figure out if she was understanding me or not because of her poor English, so she had plenty of time to issue me a refund. I did not leave quickly, in fact I even got in my truck started it up and then searched for a new vape shop to go to (which took another 2-3minutes) so she had plenty of time to walk outside and stop me from leaving if she really wanted to issue me a refund please don’t make excuses for a problem, just own it. New employee or not, train your staff to be knowledgeable in what they’re selling!

Needed a glass screen but they didn't have them. The girl working was nice and it was clean. Drive by on my way to and from work so it's very accessible and easy to get in and out of.

New store in Argyle... finally!! Great prices and VERY clean store. Staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. Opens early so I can stop on the way to work!
