I never leave a 1 star review. I called an employee asking about Texas legal thc products, of which has been sold here before and anyone can go in and see thc on the labels. One employee was rude and uninformed asking why I would ask if y'all had stuff in stock on the phone? A lot of reasons if you'd think longer than you'd shame. Another employee laughed along in the background instead of correcting his ignorance on legal Texas thc, of which I actually am up-to-date on the facts of. I will no longer spend another dollar here. I've called other places with the same question just fine. My money spends good everywhere. The employee could've expressed his own personal discomfort of answering my question without shaming me, a customer who has purchased here multiple times prior. He could've said "Idk" or "I can't answer that" and I would've respected that and not been upset, wouldn't be leaving a bad review now. I almost always only leave positive reviews but I did not deserve that attitude over a fair and legal question. Please talk to your employees, but I will not go back. I won't call again either. I was a frequent customer before this. Because of the legalities changing and being discussed often at times with Texas legal thc and other circumstances that are my own personal business I dared call today. Any cop could see your labels, my call isn't going to get the cops in your business and I don't appreciate the insinuating by your employee at all.

Puff Palace is a legit smoke shop. I have been going to this place for almost 2 years and have never had a complaint. I know the owner personally and he is a good man. He is knowledgeable about the legal side and keeps his customers informed of any new information. He does his best to accommodate all of his customers with a wide variety of products. Friendly staff and good vibes when you first walk through the door. Highly recommend this place for all smoke and vape related needs.

Dante was so kind on the phone when my Father called with (too many) questions about his discontinued disposable vape. When we came in, he recognized us immediately upon speaking and was just as kind and helpful in person. I'm so grateful I can go home and know this place will always be good to my Dad.
