I got disgustingly overcharged for an item today and it earned them a loyal customer forever. I'm a regular customer and buy quality pieces. Every person here genuinely seems to enjoy working with each other, and interacting with the community. Every time I leave, its usually with something they recommended. There have been certain times that I felt a price was a little high, but service is worth it. Today while trying a piece I purchased I was looking at their website because I enjoyed it so much I wanted to see their whole selection. Long story short, I paid 75% markup. Naturally skeptical, I checked the pricing of the last several I'd purchased. I can say with confidence they have honest, fair, and competitive pricing. The prices they say are absolutely what they are. They say within $10 without fail. I'm about to go back so I can personally thank them and consider the little extra they made a thankful tip

The shop assistant was very enthusiastic and professional, able to give me the right recommendations and always find what I wanted from my descriptions.

Stopped by here for the first time tonight and all of the staff was so welcoming and friendly. Joe, Mo and Wassim were working tonight and they all were incredibly nice. With each new customer that came in they greeted and made sure they were getting take care of. They have a great selection of pipes and water pipes plus all the extra accessories you could think of. Great please to go!

Hubby & I went here for the first time & it was beyond our expectations! They have the best selection of disposable vapes & Deltas among an array of other things! Tee was great in showing us the products & we will definitely be back!! I think this is our new shop!
