The Puff Factory is hands down the best smoke shop around. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and always ready to offer great recommendations. The product selection is top-quality, with everything from premium glass to the latest vapes. The shop is clean, well-organized, and has an inviting atmosphere. Definitely my go-to spot for all things smoking!

For the last three times I have came to purchase items between 8-9:30pm and the open sign is on and the lights are on but the door is locked and the employee is in the back. They do not stick to the hours posted on the doors. Do not come around closing time!
