Went in today and spent over $80 on Hyd7. Chelsea was very friendly and helpful however, the reason for the low rating is because of the rewards, I have over $10 in rewards but I can’t use them on the product I want. Apparently the rewards is only redeemable on THC and merchandise! Not on the Hyd7 which is the only thing I use! That’s so unfair! I will not be returning

Best place in arlington to get your smoke products which is comparatively cheaper than any other store. Plus its open 24/7, which makes it more awesome. Also, they got some good people working there who provides the best customer service. Overall, great place, everything was so organized and clean & tidy. Would love to shop again in the future.

when I went, they sold me stale products. I returned to the store, not even an hour later the clerk was not only rude, but was not understanding of the store selling me stale or an old item really disappointing and I wouldn’t recommend this smoke shop. If you like to waste your money, not get a refund, then deal with a rude unprofessional nearly incompetent Clerk, then this may be the Store for you!!!

Highly recommended this place good variety of things to choose from with excellent service. I will be coming back to this store in the near future!!!!!

Christie required a 40-year-old man to provide ID for papers.Crazy , when there's a cloud 9 in a connected parking lot. At least cloud 9 doesnt cycle through new employees every other day.
