I really love this location. It’s been around for years and every time I visit family in Athens I get my supply here. University brand is the best and the gals in the shop ALWAYS let me smell before I buy which I really appreciate. Missy is amazing and I honestly drive across town past like a dozen other shops just to come to this one because all the employees make me feel so welcome and they’re always willing and happy to answer any of my questions. Whoever is hiring over here has the right idea about who should be working behind the counter. Absolutely love this store and the employees in it! P.s. they have the largest selection of accessories and flower in town.

I walked in 30 minutes before closing. The 2 ladies working there (redhead and brunette with a ballcap) seemed very upbeat and friendly! I didn't get any names but Great customer service! Huge selection. I will be back! Thank you ladies and Scorpain Smoke Shop!

I LOVE ZOEY!! She’s polite, greets you when you walk in and she has a positive energy about her. You are lucky to have a good employee that and she knows her products!

Don’t buy the kratom limitless strawberry bottle for 65 dollars ,, it is not the same product you get in the singles or previous bottles… yes i understand this isn’t a store issue it’s from the manufacturer. But knowing what you’re paying for IS important especially for that price. I took a chance and bought a second bottle today cause they made it seem like they were aware that it was a problem and it happened again. And I understand you cant get a refund on an open product but still felt like such a waste of money. The other smoke shops have not had this problem. I won’t be spending more money at this business. I understand it’s not the stores fault but the way this situation was handled rubbed me the wrong way. The front desk girls were both very kind and apologizing. 65 dollars is a lot of money to not know what product you’re getting. Unfortunately I was a regular and reoccurring customer. 😣
