Ryan and Claire at Create A Cig always provide excellent service. RYAN is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and always take’s the time to answer my questions without making me feel rushed. Their professionalism and positive attitude always makes my experience enjoyable. It’s clear they truly care about helping their customers. This is always my go to store and are Highly recommend!

Wish I could I give them a zero star review. I called them they answered the guy seemed really cool and professional as soon as I get there the doors locked the signs off and nobody's in the store and it was at 4:00 in the afternoon that I got there so why are they closed 6 hours before their sign says?

I've never been to this store, but I made phone contact with this store and asked to speak to a manager in pursuit of addressing and solving a separate issue at an area Create Vape location. The gentleman I spoke with, a soon to be manager, handled my inquiry the the utmost of attention and delivered Grade A customer service and verbally ensured me that we would find a resolution to the matter, which we did!! Give this gentleman an immediate raise! When you have an employee that delivers exceptional, Texan, world-class customer service, if deserves to be rewarded! He has upper level management skills. My ability to come to this conclusion comes from my 17 years combined experience in customer service, and my military background. I recognize excellence.

Love this place so much!! Huge selection of products with a ton of brands and varieties to pick from. Their prices are pretty reasonable compared to other shops in the area. The staff is wonderful. They are very knowledgeable and helpful without being “too much” and they’re friendly and chill but still professional. They’re also open later than other shops near by which is a huge plus. I always leave here happy with my experience!

Excellent vape and smoke shop! I’ve been to at least 100 and I’m so glad this one opened in Oak Hill and so close to my house. Incredible staff that’s super cool and always up to help and kick around ideas. Solid pricing which is rare in the vape game. Great people!
