💥💥UPDATE!! 6/2/26💥💥I had such a great experience AGAIN with Drip and Rip yesterday that it deserves an update. I’ve ordered there three times since my first one a couple of weeks ago, but yesterday I placed an order for my favorite flavor in a disposable I am familiar with when all of a sudden, my phone rings. I answer, a little confused since I JUST placed an order not two minutes prior: A lovely lady named Anastasia introduced herself and informed me that they couldn’t fill my order as is because they were out and the computer had not updated correctly. She was knowledgeable about alternate flavors that she liked and recommended one based on what I was looking for. What I didn’t expect? She threw in the exact flavor that I wanted in a different brand that is even more cost effective and, now, my new favorite. She apologized for the computer error, threw in an AMAZING VAPE (Whatabar—highly recommend!) and it was at my door in 20 minutes via DoorDash—an extra $7, but WORTH IT luxury. I send my roommates here. I tell everyone I know who vapes to go to DNR N Austin! Anastasia, you are the BOMB, SISTER!🩷💃🏼💥 I have shopped at DnR in person but never have I placed an order for delivery. I ordered almost $100 in vapes to be delivered via DoorDash this morning. Leave it to DoorDash to show up before they even open and then turn around and cancel my order. There was no recourse on DoorDash’s end, so I call the number on the website, figuring I would get a disconnected message or no answer at all. EUREKA! A HUMAN ANSWERED! And he said they would have DD send it out (again) as soon as they opened. I spoke to an actual human. Even still, I sent an email to the email on the website with a copy of my order and the ordeal with DoorDash. THEY SENT ME TRACKING—via email AND text. If it had been left up to DoorDash? I would have been out that money or be forced to pay another $30 for an Uber there and back. But Drip N Rip was ON THE BALL. They (he) was professional and knowledgeable and I now have four vapes en route and Drip N Rip has a customer FOR LIFE. Great job!!!🫶🙏💃🏼

Drip n Rip is a great place to buy from! Purchased the Snoozy New Morning Highs from them and really enjoy them so far! Angelica got me exactly what I needed and was really friendly!

nicest people you’ll meet, and everything is really fairly priced too. plus its all good stuff, i havent had anything from the shop that i didnt like. i got this lord of the rings pipe/stand that i love still, keep it by me at all times lol
