I’ve been to this location a few times and I’ve always had a great time, but I was very grateful with today’s experience. I arrived around 6pm and traffic was boomin, I go inside with my friend and it’s busy! I got there right behind someone and like 2 parties came in after me, I was helped almost immediately and not once was I rushed or made feel like a bother, he was very professional, patient, helpful and nice! I got everything I needed and he showed me some sick pieces!! On my way I saw the line and I hadn’t realized how many customers were arriving but they were all very patient and the employees were awesome!!! 10/10 experience

Great store with a variety of products. I tend to be in slow mode when I stop in. I like that the bright lights & aesthetics keep me focus, a breezy in/out stop. The knowledgeable store associates also help make late night stops easy. Rob-store associate was helpful & patient w/my questions tonight. I came in for 1 thing but left with a few extra things bc of Rob’s product knowledge. Happy with all my purchases & service I received

There's a reason I drive past other shops to give my business to Happy Clouds. Non pretentious with a helpful staff. Sometimes I have a ton of questions, and I've never felt rushed here. Came to purchase a new device and Katy took the time to explain everything to me and it truly felt like it was my prima putting me on and sharing knowledge. Shout out to Katy and the staff, for keeping the local, hometown vibes alive in 2026.

Jay at Happy Clouds is awesome! 🔥 Super friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. She has great vibes, knows her stuff, and actually takes the time to help you find what you’re looking for. Definitely ask for Jay next time you stop by! 💨✨

1st time , can't recall the female attendees name but she was so helpful with my selection and even had other suggestions Needless to say my purchase was great not only the product but the price point . She was even nice enough to give me a freebie to try , so 6 stars 😄 Apart from the norm they also had some great merch They have other location so no excuse for not getting in there
