Some products cost a bit more than you could find them in the specialty shop, but its convenient to know if you are looking fir something planet k prob has it. They support the local music scene and local causes. The customer service is usually really good and there is almost at least 1 person on staff that knows about a specific product if you have questions befire you buy.
