The owner of this store is very rude and racist, i bought a new brand of vape that was recommended by his worker yesterday upon getting home and trying it out i was inhaling burnt coil from the vape which you'll only get from an empty vape. I went in today to complain he gave me a new juice for my foger vape then i asked if I'll be credited the difference in price and he called me a cheap customer and that I should never come to his store ever again that there are other vape stores i can visit. I visit this store week in week out to spend my hard earned money only to be spoken to in a very condescending manner, his excuse? He's in a bad mood. How do you pass aggression of whatever is happening is your sad life to a loyal customer?

Awesome place! Nice variety of products and great customer service. Staff was very attentive and helpful. Think I found my new value shop.

Highly recommended! I’ve been short a few dollars sometimes on a new item I wanted to try and the manager lowered the price, hell he even gave me a free Kratom drink to try! I bought the Kratom Nectar and it helped me for what I needed it for!

This is my regular spot, the employees are awesome, I appreciate the good music thats always playing. Its the only spot I go to in Austin if I gotta choice.

I just literally walked out of the store because the man that was working was so rude to me that I could not bear to give him my business, even though I’d spent half the day trying to find a vape store that had the vape I smoke in stock because it’s so popular and they had plenty of them, so I was excited to come in. The woman that was behind the counter, helping me was very polite, soft spoken, but the man with the stretched ears was treating me rude enough that I could not bear to give them my business so while I was in the store with probably a $200 worth of merchandise to purchase for Christmas gifts I decided to call a different store to see if they had them in stock they did and so I just turned around and thanked them for their time and let them know that I was gonna take my business elsewhere. I considered asking to speak with a manager, but something in my gut told me that he was the owner so hopefully maybe if he realizes that he’s running his business off maybe he’ll learn how to put on a fake smile and I don’t know be fake. It’s better than being rude. I don’t think I’ve ever even left a review before I figure plenty of people have something to say but today was my turn so that’s what I got. Hope it helps you out
