I’m big on giving credit where it’s due, and these folks have earned it. Most of the crew has been here a long time, and it shows. They recognize you, welcome you in, and take care of you. Honestly, the whole team is just solid. As for products, they’ve probably got what you need. And if you’re not sure, they’ll point you in the right direction. If nothing else, swing by next time you’re grabbing your LC Pizza and say "hey". That’s how I found the place!

Great inventory, great deals, great people. Come check this place out & you won’t regret it! Very helpful with any questions you may have as well. They’re awesome!

They are always friendly and helpful, when I moved to Austin, reviews said this was one of the best and they were right!!!!

I cannot speak highly enough about this smoke shop and its owner. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with warmth and genuine friendliness. The owner is truly wonderful—always professional, attentive, and committed to making every customer feel valued. The entire team follows that same example; each employee is consistently polite, knowledgeable, and eager to help. The store itself is spotless, well-organized, and maintained to the highest standards. It truly offers a welcoming atmosphere while ensuring a professional shopping experience. I am always impressed by their extensive selection—they always have the products I’m looking for, and often even more than I expect. This has become my one and only go-to smoke shop because of their excellent service, dedication to customer satisfaction, and unwavering attention to detail. Thank you for your kind service and diligence in maintaining such a wonderful establishment. Thank you! Jennifer Dostal ❤️‍🔥
