Eric at Artisan Vapor was amazing. He was extremely patient and took the time to walk me through all of my options for both e-juice and pods, making sure I understood the differences and what would work best for me. He answered every question I had without ever making me feel rushed or uninformed. You can really tell he knows his stuff and genuinely cares about helping customers find exactly what they need. The experience was easy, informative, and honestly way better than I expected. I will definitely be coming back because of his great service.

This Artisan is so cozy and pleasant. It’s the right color and ambiance that makes you want to hang out. Music is playing and comfy chairs to sit and lounge. They also have a very well stocked coffee bar and board games to play if your staying. Very good service from Zoe with a return!!! I think this will now be my favorite Artisan Vapor.

Absolutely love this place! Hannah (I think) is super friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I know next to nothing and she took the time to teach me how everything worked. We went through several options until we found exactly what I wanted. The store layout is perfect, plenty of space, and the decorations fit in perfectly. There’s so many options, it’s not super limited like some other stores I’ve been to! Edit: Ann is also super amazing. She can handle multiple customers at once without getting the slightest bit flustered and was able to pretty much have three conversations at the same time. Super impressed with her customer service and ability to keep track of so many questions at the same time. All four of us had no idea what we wanted and we all left happy!

I Love Zoë and Taylor they are so helpful and the Game Zone is awesome... I like hanging out and vaping and playing Rockband all day it's so CHILL... THANK YOU VAPE TEAM 😎😶‍🌫️😤💨

Best place to go to help curate a natural regiment for pain and sleep. Perfect place to hang out and play a few games and relax. Taylor always helps us explain everything thoroughly and make the best decisive for our individual needs!
