The dude working on 6-17-26 at 745pm needs to work on his people skills. You’re at a vape and smoke shop, bro, it’s supposed to be a happy and cool vibe. I have seen him in there multiple times and he’s always cold to the point of rudeness. In a market where there’s a vape store on every corner, customer service matters. Everyone is in the store has always been amazing and I will go back because I like their products and prices but I had to leave a bad record so maybe ownership will have a chat with this angry little man.,

Bought an expensive and defective disposable oil heater and called them right away to alert them of the fact and ask if I could stop by later that evening for a replacement and the tall teenager that assisted me both earlier that day and on the phone informed me that their return policy was voided when I walked out the door, which sucks cause im not gonna test a thc product then irresponsably drive back home but what sucked the most was the attitude about it. Im sure its not the first time ever this has happened as the young lad insisted but the determination to screw over the customer was unmatched. Do yourself a favor and skip this shop.

Sold me a fake product. Thought I was buying a geek plus bar and it was on the packaging. I take a couple hits and it is already dead and on low juice. I look at it and turns out it is a fake gazzabar.
