They have great customer service as long as you talk to the younger guy, no offense but he has a little bit more knowledge and people skills! Awesome location. Never would have thought they would have a shop like this one in bellville but I definitely recommend it for checking out for your vape, smoke etc.... necessities. Maybe they just have some things going on, but two days in a row I went and the doors were locked. So, il go back to yesterday, Sunday. On here it said they were open, but when I went- the door was locked. So I went back to Google and pulled their phone number up. well, the guy answered and they were closed but would be open the following day (Monday) at 10am. Didn't think anything of it (I'm new to being back in town and I just thought they were closed cause it was Sunday. So, today I decided to come back around 12-almost 1p. Again, the door was locked. Frustrated -i call the number again and he told me he would come unlock the door. As soon as the door opened it smelt like a pound of dro from Cali, Colorado, etc. I understand they sell flower there, I've never smelled flower that smelt the way it did. I'm all for doing whatever you please-but I think it was definitely a little unprofessional that it smelt that way. There was hardly anything on the shelves, the younger man almost seemed kinda "lost" as to what I was looking for. Unprofessional and unorganized.

I came here and looking for a glass tank for my vape but unfortunately couldn't but hasn't gave up on helping me find one in still I find a really good e-juice and I really enjoying thanks for the help and great customer service!
