They got some new girl named brandy who has literally the worst possible attitude for a customer service cashier. Been going to this exact spot for 9 years and they have had multiple people coming and going and changing stores and helping and what not but NEVER have I EVER seen anyone there with a life sucking vibe she did and she made sure that i wont be going to that loaction again. She had a bad attitude and the resting b face she had did not even crack. We asked for a simple transaction change for the promotion (which they always remind customers of but i guess service is going down a gutter) and she said "Well you should have said that earlier" eith the meanest look, what kind of answer is that and it was cash so it didnt require a whole card refund or anything.

Horrible experience here. Chubby lady that’s always on her phone at the register charged me the wrong item, called her manager and told him a different story, put me on speaker with him and explained the situation. Refused to give me my refund and threatened to call the police. Both employees refused to give me their names. Used to really prefer this spot. Now it seems vape spot is much better.

Typical vape store clerk was nice. Nice selection of items for taping and stuff. If its your thing good little place to check out.
