Prior to reading this review, we would like to express that this review rating is based on after-sales customer support and customer experience. My wife and I have been patronizing this establishment since returning to the United States on 01/2024. The location offers a point system where the customer can accumulate redeemable sales points based on quantity and duration of previous purchases. Having a business owner and a properly trained staff who is familiar with you and your needs is a plus, which creates customer loyalty!. On 02/06/2025, my wife and I visited the location to purchase our usual items; unfortunately, the owner was not present. We were greeted by his staff member, Natalie. She was pleaseant and just as helpful and knowledgeable about supporting us with our purchase options. On this specific instance, Natalie informed us there was a location promotion on purchases; therefore, we were very pleased to be making our purchases during this promotion period. However, the one-star review now takes its present rational. We purchased a total of four items during this visit, and after 48 hours, we discovered one of the items was defective (photo included). We return to the location to be greeted by the owner, and when we disclosed our concerns over an item that was defective, we were totally dismissed regarding any equal or same item exchanges or returns. We were further dismissed by the owner; in his disclosing to us his employee made a mistake in the promotion offering, and despite using our accrued points towards this transaction, there was nothing he was going to offer. In essence, we were penalized for his lack of employee training and development. Therefore, our continued loyalty has now been made astute!

The customer service was unacceptable. The vendor refused to allow me to purchase the item, and their behavior toward me and another customer was disrespectful and unhelpful.
