I used to smoke hookah often when I was in Wisconsin. Since moving to Dallas I have not gone to a hookah spot until I came here. I must say the hookah was very smooth and had great flavors! The atmosphere was chill, though it can get rowdier as it gets later since the are open late. So if you want more chill vibes this is a good spot for that until about 11:30pm/12am. This was also my first time have Indian style pizza I got the butter chicken pizza and it was so delicious and flavorful! Met the owners and they were really cool and down to Earth. Definitely will be coming back here, it’s a really cool spot.

Had a great experience at Dream Hola Lounge. The hookah was smooth, flavorful, and lasted the whole time without getting harsh. The service really stood out too—our server was attentive, checked on us regularly, and made sure the hookah and everything at the table was taken care of without us having to ask. Great atmosphere, good music, and a comfortable place to hang out with friends. You can tell they actually care about the customer experience. Ask for the KB mix gum mint 50% 25 % mint and 25% mango lassi.

The environment is relaxed, clean, and filled with good vibes — it’s the perfect spot to unwind with friends or enjoy a chill night out. If you’re looking for a place with top-tier hookah, amazing hospitality, and a fun, friendly atmosphere, Dream Hookah Lounge is the place to be. Definitely my go-to lounge in Carrollton! Waiter comes to the table with no pen or paper and messes up our order multiple times. We ordered loaded fries which states on their menu “Topped with tenders, sauces, in-house masala and jalapeños—fries gone wild!” - they came out with mayo and ketchup and minimal cut up chicken tenders. When we confronted him about it, he said it was the same thing but no jalapeños lol. Please compare their menu photo with the actual dish we got. $12.99 for fries covered in ketchup and mayo. We ordered two tandoori pizza rolls order and only received one. We ordered butter CHICKEN pizza and got paneer. When we confronted him about it, he just kept telling us that is what we ordered lol am I being gaslit by my waiter? No drinks on our table at all even though we asked for water and smoothies. Waiter honestly just gave us so much attitude about his own mistakes. Maybe get a pen and paper my guy. I was gonna give this place two stars but the service was -10. One star instead.

Extremely disorganized. I placed an order online, and when I arrived, they told me they never received it. This has happened to me multiple times now, and it’s incredibly frustrating. The service was also very slow and unorganized. It wasn’t just me—almost everyone else in the restaurant was upset and waiting forever for their orders. People kept coming up to the front asking, “Bro, how much longer?” because they had been waiting so long. Unfortunately, after multiple experiences like this, I won’t be ordering from here again.
