So 48 hours ago I bought the seahorse X lookah nectar collector from this smoke shop and the customer service was phenomenal and was about to become my new go to store but the following day I stopped in another store to find the same seahorse x priced 50% cheaper $75 versus the $140 I paid at smoke joint I assumed they would give me some store credit or somehow someway make it up to a new customer to keep them coming but I have yet to reach the owner that sold it to me I’m sure he would make this right but the manager on shift today told me she cannot do anything for me. I hate to leavethis one star review but if the owner and I get to speak and he can help me not to feel so cheated I’d love to change this back to a five star review because I really did appreciate the owners customer service when I first made the purchase. Manager would not help me find a time to catch him she just said mornings so I guess I’ll try tomorrow morning. Update owner has reached out and has a plan to do something for me which was all I needed will update once we stop playing phone tag

Customer service was amazing, very knowledgeable staff, amazing prices on glass, and the store is consistently spotless. I’m always pleased by the wide variety of products while consistently carrying the “ole reliables”.

Went in today for a ** and had no idea what I wanted or much about them. Both who were working there took their time showing me all of the different types, how to use, and best practices. Top notch service and worth the business.

Sam was amazing ! Store was clean, customer service was outstanding. Sam was very helpful!

Good vibes and Great prices! Finally bought my first rig, They took great care of us! If I am anywhere near Carrolton, THIS is my stop! The Pink cleaner and plugs got her old piece sparkling like new. Now I just need to keep her on the cleaning regiment you suggested. Ladies, you deserve a fresh bowl every time. Treat yourself with a higher level of respect, and they will have to match you just to keep up ! That's every tear you cried, every bad day, every time the only thing that got you from the door to the bed... why keep sucking that back down, ita a new day, start better; end better. Stay safe, have fun, keep hydrated!
