This place was a total rip-off! The guy behind the counter was clueless and tried to sell me a broken vape. The shop was dirty, and the prices were outrageous. Save your money and go somewhere else!

If I could give no stars I would very very disappointed to where I want to cry went in spent 70 bucks for my birthday can’t even use the stuff I got for a vape the coil and take don’t even go on my vape and u can’t even get reimbursed for anything a nother customer came in with a product that he had that had been Broken and wasn’t reimbursed for his item either and not to mention very expensive I do not recommend going here

So, the customer service is outstanding . THE owner is very patient, humble, & reserved. He's very knowledgeable about the things that he has in the novelty shop. The prices are very reasonable and very cheap compared to a lot of places I have been. I love the tobacco smoke shop in Cedar Hill on Clark Rd. The people who work here are so rude, no help, and they really don't understand their products nor do they really care to help you. I have been several times and it's the same result everytime. There use to be a lady here that was so nice and helpful. Long story short I have a medical condition that causes me to have to use low dose thc but I also needed it to help lower anxiety not make it worse. The young man was no help and I will not be going back. We need more medical places willing to help.
