Came here for some spare coils, the one I had in my mod had finally burned out. Well, the woman in the shop was really good at finding the coils I needed, and got me sorted out quickly. I give this a 3/5 because it’s her reaction to my exploring the rest of the products, and a rather small variety of products. To expound upon my interactions, I was in my company vest, drove into the lot in a company truck. Couldn’t miss either, and I like to consider myself a good and well behaved patron of shops… After getting my coils, I started exploring and examining other products, from a respectful distance, not eying people at all, just exploring. After a couple of minutes, I’m not sure what set her off at all, but here she pipes up with “sir, we have a no loitering rule.” I’m not a “big and huge” man by any means, you can tell I like nachos and chocolate cake. I don’t consider myself “imposing” and “bad energy”… but after purchasing coils, and showing that I was there on honest and fair business, to effectively be told “no loitering, get out,” ? After finally finding the vape mods themselves and taking a look, I was satisfied and left. After being told that, even after exploring your meager vape juice collections… well… there really wasn’t much there for me to see in ways of Juice. Even if my company sends me back out to this region, I will be looking at the other vape shops. And yes, you can feel free to look at your camera recordings, and find me easily in the highlighter-yellow safety vest.

My wife was just up there not even 30 to 45 minutes ago and she was trying to get me a cheap vape till payday and well. My sister-in-law was with my wife and she was trying to test out the vape for me because I was at home and my sister-in-law said that the vape tasted burnt, but the lady who was there which I’m told was named Katie said that they couldn’t do nothing about it. They don’t care because it’s still puffing, even though it taste burnt. not happy and most likely will not come back if people like that are apart of the buisness.

First time in this store and man they have a huge selection of everything! Beautiful layout, huge selection, clean and organized store! The girl working there has amazing customer service skills! I'm sorry I didn't ask her what her name was but she had shoulder length purple hair. She made me feel so welcomed and had such a lovely personality I will most definitely be back. In fact this is my new location for vapes. Many to choose from and 10% discount on tuesdays could not ask for a better vape shop. We just moved to Chandler but you have a new customer and will be telling everyone I know of your great selection and deals!

Went in on a whim.... GREAT customer service. . . Id like to see SOME of their prices come down some, the market is saturated with products.... Would rather give my money locally than drive to Tyler... Does this location price match competitors prices? Id love to come back and see!
