This could be a great place if they ever have cigarettes made up. Always takes hours or even days to get them after you make an order. Anybody who smokes knows when they need cigarettes, they want to drive up and buy some but this place, expect to wait. Yes you do save money and they are the only place that does this so they take their time and don’t care. They’ll just tell you to go spend more money and buy at a store. We need another store that offers the same thing. Maybe a little competition will make them have better customer service. How do you have a tobacco store and have no cigarettes made up for hours or days?

Best price for a carton of cigs rolled in house for around $25 a carton out of a kit.if you have a large order i suggest you order ahead a day or two so they can have ready. The store just moved to Sheperd,Tx but phone number is the same .guys their are nice and friendly and very helpful. Thanks

I put in an order every week to pick up a carton on Friday. Don't know why. This is the third time that I haven't been able to pick up my order cause it wasn't available. Then when I do call, the guy that answers the phone acts like it's a hassle to work there. Then tells me I can pick one up on Wednesday. Not the day I put in on my order. Find good customer service people.

Great prices on cigarettes. If you’re a smoker you won’t regret stopping here. They have some loose cigarettes for sale by the pack and ofc cartons. Highly recommend calling and placing your order for cigarettes several days in advance. The cigarettes are rolled there and it takes time.

So always smells of cat urine. Not sure how many cats they have. Obviously they smoke cigs while working and the products are dollar tree or lower grade. But having said that I always stop for my smoke needs. I used to buy the cigs as they are much cheaper but they seem to hurt my lungs more. Cones, papers, etc. Good prices and staff is pretty nice. 4 star because of the smell.
