Arya was extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout my visit to the smoke shop. She took the time to explain different products, gave honest recommendations, and made the whole experience comfortable and easy. Her customer service was outstanding — very friendly, patient, and professional from start to finish. You can tell Arya really knows the products and cares about helping customers find exactly what they’re looking for. She made the experience feel welcoming instead of rushed or pressured. Definitely one of the best sales associates I’ve dealt with, and I’ll absolutely be coming back because of her great service. I will also be recommending this place to all of my friends!!! Thank you, Arya, for making the experience smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free!

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and genuine care. The staff member was not only exceptionally kind and welcoming, but also remarkably knowledgeable — answering every question with clarity, patience, and a depth of expertise that truly set the experience apart. It is rare to encounter service of this caliber, and I left feeling not only well-informed but genuinely valued as a customer. An absolute pleasure from start to finish. Thank you jasmine!

Great shop overall—clean and well-stocked. Arya was friendly and helpful without being pushy, which I really appreciated. Definitely one of the better customer service experiences I’ve had. I’d stop in again for sure.
