Helpful staff, amazing products, good pricing! This place never fails :) I came in to get some CBD and they're opening a whole new side just for that! Also great pricing on water pipes.

Went back to Green Planet Wellness Center on Sunday, November 3, 2024, around 9:45 PM, giving them a second chance after my boyfriend’s awful first experience. Honestly? Wish we hadn’t bothered. The same dark-haired curly girl and her brunette friend were in the back room, barely acknowledging us, looking downright annoyed that we had dared to come in and ask for help. The vibe was clear: we were interrupting their hangout time. We asked to see a product, and she literally pointed to the wall, like, "there it is." We asked if we could actually hold it to read the packaging (you know, like normal people do before they spend money), and she refused. How does she expect anyone to choose something they can't inspect? Every other dispensary I’ve been to is welcoming, eager to help, and happy to let customers take a closer look. Apparently, that’s just too much for this place. It got worse. When we asked again, she snapped that if we had a problem with her holding the product, we could “leave HER store.” Her store? Someone needs to remind her who’s actually keeping that place in business. Right after that, she whipped out her phone to call her manager, trying to get ahead of the story, but all they need to do is check the cameras. The hostility was all on her. We left, and my boyfriend let her know that she’d never see a dime from us again. This isn’t just bad service—it’s outright disrespectful. If they keep hiring people like her, this place won’t last long. Do yourself a favor and take your business to literally any other dispensary where you won’t be treated like an inconvenience. Green Planet? More like Bad Vibes Central.

I was at the McArdle location on 1/7 at around 2pm. The guy told me the card machine was down so it was cash only. No problem. I went to the ATM and came back. He then said he didn't have any change and then we stood there in silence, just staring at each other. He was waiting for me to say it's OK just keep the change(it was like $10). I was about to say never mind and walk out, and magically he had change all of the sudden!! Seems like a scam. I wonder how much business this place loses when he's working there. This is not my first bad experience at this location, but it will be my last

Don’t usually make posts like this but I’ve never been more annoyed. If anyone smokes anything DO NOT BUY FROM GREEN PLANET I went in on january 10 originally to get some smoking Items gave the girl $20 she had to go around to another room to get my change I waited a good 10 minutes or so and she came back letting me know the other register is not working. I said fine just give me my 20 and I’ll give you exact change. Immediately gave me attitude saying “no you didn’t give me any money, I pulled this from the register” I told her that before she walked away I gave her my money and she went to get change. She told me “well when I close if my registers over I’ll call you to come back” obviously that did not happen so I reached out to the green planet page and got some assistant whatever that said she would look into it and get back to me. Come to find out she called the worker and the worker said I paid with card when anyone that know me knows I only pay cash and they only saw the lay 8 minutes of our interaction not from when I had originally given her the money. Can’t be bothered to get the owner or manager to look at a 15 minutes clip to see that the dumbass worker they have are theirs and liars. I am all for supporting small businesses but this is ridiculous, why have so many stores when you can’t keep up with any of them just some advice there are other places that will actually hire people that know what they’re doing go to literally any other place. Compared to 3 years ago this place has done a complete 360 with quality. Just some screenshots of the conversations that they’ve been feeding me for the last month. No apologies for the language.

Good selection and good prices, but the 2 people working when I went in got super judgemental when I said 'bong' instead of 'water pipe,' and one of them rolled her eyes when I said I was looking for something small and simple because I was on a budget. They acted like they just wanted to get me out of the shop so they could get back to the show they were watching on one of their phones. The shop was nice and they had some cool stuff, but that really wasn't what I needed after a long day. Kinda hope they were just having a bad day too and aren't always like that.
