Rude lady working with orange dyed tips on her hair. She was very ugly towards me and my shihtzu. I understand that if no dogs or pets are allowed then that's your policy to abide by, but where is the sign at? Where does it actually state that? I could've saved time by leaving my shihtzu in his dog seat had I seen a sign. Mind you, when we did come at night on multiple occasions HE WAS ALLOWED IN. The girl working acted tough and started cussing on the phone with the manager of this place and got upset when I asked where the sign was that stated they don't allow pets. Trash is as trash does and although this place is one of the bigger vape city's in corpus, having trash working makes your products just as trashy. Toodles.

Woman working there said she works mornings and no pets allowed . There is no sign on door the lazy woman has issues.

The girl this morning to get raw papers was rude. From the moment I walked in she seemed annoyed. I told her I just needed the raw papers with filters. She's like which ones, when she had to climb the ladder I guess she was avoiding she found the product she didn't know about and kept saying under her breath" off I guess" "pfff I know". Just rude for no reason. Then after I asked her name she said she refused to sell the pApers to me. Why? I'm 40 and I had just showed you my DL. Refuse service too ppl your being rude too that's not how it works. Vape city I've never ever had a ride interaction with any employees. She's definitely bad for business. Won't be going back till shes gone..

I only like coming when the guy in the van is here cause he knows what I like and I don't even know what I like. He needs more hours... Preferably early morning and afternoon or all day would be great!!!

The store is very clean and has a great selection. The employees there were very helpful and knowledgeable.
