Stopped by for canabzy prerolls but were out of stock again. Felix was extremely helpful calling other stores to see if they had the item I wanted in stock. He then asked me if I would like to try something else and he recommended the sticky green and they are really good! They burn even and super slow! This specific Vape City was awesome because of Felix. He was so helpful and his voice sounded happy to be there so if a raise is the question then I would say hell yeah

About 4 days ago to this review, boyfriend bought 2 packs of pre rolls that come with 4 each. The second package did not come with all 4 and there's no number on the package to reach out. But in case anyone didn't know, since I've never heard this rule in the 3 years I been buying from Vape City, is YOU NEED TO open your pre rolls packages in front of them at that moment to replace/refund for any product missing. Its a shame but being shot down didn't make me want to go back.

Just went in to get a vape. Girl was very rude and said I seemed like I was having a bad day. She asked me like 5 questions back to back and when I asked for something she grabbing something entirely different. She said there was something wrong with me I said I've been having a great day and she said it doesn't seem like it. I asked how she was doing and she rudely said fine with an eye roll. This place lost my business for good because of the rude girl working there.
