I am writing to formally express my serious concern regarding both the customer service and employee conduct at your establishment. At approximately 9:30, I called and requested to speak with a manager. I was informed that no manager was available. The employee I spoke with was rude and refused to provide their name when asked. I then contacted other locations in an effort to reach management, but I was still unable to get any assistance. I am also requesting that management investigate additional concerns involving employee conduct at this location. I have evidence to believe that employee Jacklyn Sanchez Ledesma was providing unauthorized free products to my husband and meeting with him in the parking lot during work hours for inappropriate personal interactions/sexual. These allegations reflect a serious lack of professionalism and raises significant concerns about employee supervision and workplace standards. I do have the times the occurrence happened. I do have exact times to provide. I ask that this matter be reviewed promptly and thoroughly. The combination of poor customer service, refusal to identify staff, lack of management availability, and the alleged misconduct described above is unacceptable and damaging to the reputation of your business. I expect this complaint to be taken seriously and addressed as soon as possible.

Smaller store but still has a great selection of vapes. A friendly and helpful employee took the time to get me everything I needed and answered all my questions fully. I left with a nice mod kit suited to my needs and am happy with the service I recieved and the products I purchased.

Rude employees I’ll be avoiding this location due to that now!! Always seem to have an attitude problem for some reason don’t have that issue at the other 4 locations in CC I’ve been to!!

Matthew and nat both helped me find the nic vape that i was looking for and also showed me new products they had in store, great experience and great workers. Definitely going to come back😛

This store is the worst!! There is no working AC inside even in 100 degree weather. They recently got a generator, and I witnessed an employee filing it with gasoline WHILE IT WAS STILL ON!!! For anyone who doesn't know, that can make them EXPLODE. Management needs to do better and take better safety measures for their staff and their customers!
